Synopsis

*Please note - This course replaces the previous RESA Facilitation Training course. This course will help you become acquainted with the Ohio Resident Educator Program and your role as a RESA Facilitator. In addition, you will explore the intellectual, emotional, technical and logistical support that Facilitators provide as their Resident Educators (REs) prepare for the RESA.

Course Overview

This course will help you become acquainted with the Ohio Resident Educator Program and your role as a RESA Facilitator. In addition, you will explore the intellectual, emotional, technical and logistical support that Facilitators provide as their Resident Educators (REs) prepare for the RESA. The Resident Educator(s) you will be supporting will have successfully completed Year One of the Ohio Resident Educator Program. 

The purpose of this course is to equip you with the professional understanding necessary to make the RESA experience a positive and successful one for your Resident Educator(s).
