Synopsis

The Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act and Title II of the ADA are disability-related discrimination laws that apply to the Ohio Department of Education & Workforce and the work that staff do.

Course Overview

The Civil Rights Training course on ADA Title II/ Section 504 and DEW Grievance Procedures will provide a short introduction to Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act and Title II of the ADA. 


This course includes a video presentation and an acknowledgement checklist. It is recommended that you have about 15 minutes of uninterrupted time to complete the course.
