Course Overview



In this course, you will be asked to engage in collaborative activities with colleagues and examine the individual impact of these activities on your practice.

Note: This course is part of the Focused Mentoring Program consisting of Focused Mentoring 1, Focused Mentoring 2 and Instructional Mentoring. 

Focused Mentoring 1 targets communication, collaboration and professional growth. Focused Mentoring 2 targets use of student formative and summative assessment in year 2. This program is designed to engage the mentor and resident educator and result in improved instructional practice.
