In this course, you will analyze student learning at the individual level and progress over time. Specifically, the course will focus on target students over multiple lessons within a unit to refine both individual student analysis as well as looking for patterns among performance over time. Note: This course is part of the Focused Mentoring Program consisting of Focused Mentoring 1, Focused Mentoring 2 and Instructional Mentoring. 

Focused Mentoring 1 targets communication, collaboration and professional growth. Focused Mentoring 2 targets use of student formative and summative assessment in year 2. This program is designed to engage the mentor and resident educator and result in improved instructional practice.
