Synopsis
This module guides the mentor in supporting the resident educator through the providing feedback section of the Focused Mentoring courses. By the end of the module, participants will engage in activities involving the following competencies: Identifying the purpose and qualities of good feedback Recognizing feedback strategies as part of the formative assessment process Implementing new feedback strategiesCourse Overview
In this module, you will learn about effective feedback and how to improve the feedback given to students. This module aligns to the following Ohio Standards for the Teaching Profession:
